What does the "Limit Decimal Places" function do?

By default, the APM will display the reading on the four digit display to the maximum resolution possible by automatically moving the decimal point to the right and left as the input signal changes.

In applications where this may not be desirable, the "Limit Decimal Places" function allows you to limit the maximum number of decimal places the APM will display.

For example, if you select "1 (0.0)", then the APM will display the measured value to no more than one decimal place.
