Can I output live data from the APM to view on a computer?

Yes, but not directly.

The USB port can only be used to configure the APM. If you want to look at live data, you need to configure one of your outputs to Analog and procure a 4-20mA interface for your computer. The APM will output a current in the range of 4-20mA that is proportional to the displayed value on the APM.
