Can I have my Signal Conditioner calibrated?

Our Signal Conditioners are calibrated as part of their production process. This calibration is traceable to national standards. At this point we are unable to offer calibration certification, but we do warranty that Signal Conditioners will meet their specified calibration.

The Signal Conditioner measurement circuits are constructed using high precision components which are designed not to drift over the lifetime of the Signal Conditioner. This means that Signal Conditioners are not designed to be calibrated and will keep their manufactured accuracy for life. As the Signal Conditioner is auto ranging, the resolution will vary depending on the internal settings. 

If it is necessary to check the accuracy of a Signal Conditioner this can be done using standard comparison methods, but there is no ability for modifying the measurement circuits of the Signal Conditioner. AC comparison may be done at 50 or 60 Hz.
