Configure Modbus RTU for the APM Power Meter
The APM Power Meter comes standard with Modbus RTU. Modbus is implemented in the APM Power Meter to enable the reading of the measured values and the status of the alarms. Here's how to configure Modbus RTU over RS485.
Go to the Modbus RTU tab in the APM configuration software.
Slave ID - Choose any value between 0 and 255
Baud Rate - Choose any of the below supported rates:

Stop Bits & Parity - Choose any of the following combinations
- 2 stop bits and no parity bits
- 1 stop bit and an even parity bit
- 1 stop bit and an odd parity bit
