Choose the Positive or Negative Display

All APM's are available with either positive LCD or negative LCD display. Each model is factory built and cannot be changed in the field. 

  • Positive LCD: has black digits and a bright background, which are readable in bright sunlight with the backlight on or off. 
    • The default color of the background can be set to red, white or green.
    • The background can also be set to flash or change colors using the alarms feature of the configurator software. 
  • Negative LCD: has bright digits and a black background, which offers the highest contrast when used indoors. The digits are only readable when the backlight is on.
    • The default color of the bar graph, annunciators and measurement values can be set to red, white or green.
    • The bar graph, annunciators and measurement values can also be set to flash or change colors using the alarms feature of the configurator software.
