Alarm 10 PH ERR - Automatic Alarm Trigger

This alarm triggers when 3 phases are present, but the phase sequence is L1, L3, L2, rather than L1, L2, L3.

This sequence error would normally make a motor run in the wrong direction.

It is, by default, enabled.
