Fix Software Installation & Updating Issues

If you're having trouble installing the APM configuration software or are not able to update the APM from your computer, try the following steps:

  1. Try disabling any anti-virus software that may be blocking the process.
  2. Try configuring your firewall to allow access to the following addresses:
    1. IP address: 77.72.1.202
    2. https://www.trumeter.com/*
    3. trumeter.com/*

If the above steps do not work, please try a different internet connection that is less secure like the hotspot on your mobile phone.
