What is the warranty period?

All Trumeter products carry a three year warranty.

If you purchased the product directly from Trumeter: 

  1. Start the process by contacting technical support at: techsupport@trumeter.com
  2. We will troubleshoot the issue to make sure the device is faulty and send a replacement at no charge.

If you purchased the product from a distributor, please contact them directly for a replacement.
